Philippine Speculative Fiction series adds two new volumes

Good news for fans of the Philippine Speculative Fiction series. We just added two new volumes both edited by husband and wife superteam, Dean Francis Alfar and Nikki Alfar. The first is a catchup book, The Best of Philippine Speculative Fiction 2005 – 1010, which collects “thirty of the best stories from the first five volumes.” (That’s a lot of stories for $4.)

The second volume is the latest in the series, Philippine Speculative Fiction Volume 8, with stories by Kenneth Yu (see next book), Charles Tan, Eliza Victoria, and seventeen others.

Flipside & Kestrell have also just published Mouths to Speak, Voices to Sing, a collection by Kenneth Yu, some of whose stories can be found in the PSF series.
