Absolute great concept! Especially for people outside the U.S. who try to get books that will never appear on the market in their country.

Thanks a lot! I’m looking forward to see more books published this way.

  3. Adam Martin says:

I’m looking forward to more profit going to authors and publishers and a faster turn around for publication with the expansion of the e-pub concept. Make it happen sirs and madams.

I really love the something wicked the only down side now is that new book smell. Good job guys thanks for bringing the mag back.

Does anyone know a way that you could buy something on this site as a gift for someone else? There doesn’t seem to be a gift option, which makes things tough for people who don’t have their own credit cards or can’t for various reasons get a paypal account. Anyone have a solution? I am desperate!!

  6. I’m looking forward to reading this.

Thrilled to see a book from Ayize! I can’t wait to read it! I’m really glad that the e-book option was available since I live in London and it would take a long time for the tangible version to reach me!

Able to buy ebooks outside the States and without DRM and at a reasonable price….thank you Weightlessbooks ^^ !

  9. Tim says:

I must agree with darkfriend77 especially after a disapointing (and expensive) encounter with Adobe and another e-book publisher. I came to Weightless Books via Clarkesworld Magazine (a speculative SF magazine). That Clarkesworld are using Weightless Books as their e-publisher is enough for me to e-shout ‘hooray’ for Weightless…. tc

  16. Just bought my first Weightless Book: Ursula Le Guin’s most recent essay collection, Words Are My Matter. I’ve already imported it into Calibre and sideloaded it to my Nook. Thanks for making it so easy! The last ebook I bought from the A-monster (devil made me do it . . .) was a PITA. Long story. All I can say is “Thank you, Apprentice Alf and colleagues.”

  17. LEN EVANS JR says:

Just want to say that I have been reading the magazine online for some time and now it will be ever so more convenient to read it on my Kindle Fire!!!! Thanks!!!

As an old guy (how’d that happen??) I thank you for introducing me to new writers. I don’t have the money to subscribe to the plethora of new sources, so I have to pick one. You’re it.
